See this guy here digging through his bags, he is probably homeless, but he seems to be part of an elaborate network to get money. You will see guys like him with these big bags picking up weekly manga, newspapers and magazines that are left on trains are in the recycle bins at the stations. They pick them up and if they are in good shape go to areas like shinjuku kabukicho where they have a make shift stand re-selling them at a discount price! Smart guys!! Now i need a scheme of my own to bank on...
